Nathaniel S. Montag, DO
Medical Director
Dr. Montag serves as REVO's Medical Director, overseeing all clinical operations and setting the standard of physiatric care delivered across our partner facilities. A board-certified physiatrist, he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Indiana University and pursued advanced fellowship training in Interventional Spine procedures. His clinical expertise spans interventional spine care, electrodiagnostic medicine, osteopathic manipulation, spasticity management, and the rehabilitation of complex post-acute patients. Dr. Montag earned his medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and his undergraduate degree in biology from Yeshiva University.
